BOWLING GREEN – Michael Clifton Bratcher, 62, died May 24, 2023, at his residence. Mr. Bratcher was born June 1, 1960, in Glasgow, Ky to the late Clifton E. Bratcher and Carolyn Schapmire Bratcher. Mr. Bratcher graduated from Seneca High School in 1978. He then attended the University of Kentucky. Earning a major in Political Science, and a minor in history. He graduated Magna Cum Laude and Phi Beta Kappa in 1982. He was a member of Phi Delta Theta fraternity. He then attended the University of Kentucky Law School graduating in 1985, as a member of the Order of the Coif.
